I stayed in a room with kitchen and my family in a normal room. , it had all I needed. The water, ice machine, and laundry machines are excellent. The location is really convenient. The landscape from the normal.room was amazing. I stayed there for the marathon and it was a 10 mins walk from the entrance of the marathon, close to all the landmarks.

Good location. Helpful staff. Responded quickly to requests for more towels, etc. Bed comfortable, good quality sheets. Hotel has been modernised, but definitely only 3 star.

Great location, clean, with staff ready to go above and beyond.. (Go Liz!) Room was nice and clean with beautiful view of the river. We've stayed here half a dozen times, and we'll be back!

Great location on the river. Felt like a 5 star location. Staff friendly and assisted looking after bags. Had a great lounge area on 1st floor with free coffee. Great to use before room ready or when checking out. Internet lightening fast.
